The Mission Makers

About US

The Mission Makers was built on a simple personal philosophy: “Be grateful for all you have. Work hard for what you want. Help as many people along the way as you can.” That principle, together with the Marine Corps core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment, continues to shape how we serve our clients and hold ourselves accountable.

After decades of volunteer service and nonprofit leadership, we repeatedly saw the same challenge: organizations with powerful missions often lacked the strategy, leadership capacity, funding, or infrastructure needed to fully achieve them. We created Mission Makers to help close that gap.

We believe strong organizations are built through clear strategy, effective leadership, engaged boards, sustainable funding, and the ability to demonstrate meaningful impact. By strengthening these areas, nonprofits are better positioned to grow, compete for resources, and deliver on the promises they make to the communities they serve.

Our commitment to every client is grounded in integrity, accountability, and excellence. We work to earn trust through the quality of our work, the honesty of our counsel, and the respect we bring to every partnership. When needed, we are willing to ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, and help leadership teams make bold but practical decisions.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside mission-driven organizations. At the end of the day, nonprofit work is not simply about running an organization—it is about creating meaningful and lasting impact.

Your mission matters. We would be honored to help you move it forward.

Sincerely,
Bob & Kim Yarnall
